Hot flashes are hard to grasp unless you've actually experienced them. Sure, I'd heard about them, but until they happened to me, I really did not understand how disconcerting they are! I'm grateful I'm not in an office every day, having to strip down multiple times, while male coworkers look on, amused.
Oh, and there's so much more to love about menopause, like some of the other symptoms you mention. For lack of time, though, I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate seeing my experience reflected as normal.
